Refund & Shipping Policy
This policy describes how Prime Crests LLC handles shipping, returns, and refunds for products we sell. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
1. Shipping
- Shipping area: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Fulfillment: Most orders are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and ship from Amazon's U.S. fulfillment centers.
- Delivery times: Orders fulfilled by Amazon typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping speed. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout before purchase. Many of our listings qualify for free Prime shipping.
- Tracking: Every order includes tracking, available from your marketplace order page.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return:
- Amazon orders: Use the "Return or replace items" option in Your Orders on Amazon.com. Amazon's return process applies, including prepaid return labels where available.
- Direct inquiries: You may also email us at support@primecrests.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the return.
Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the listing description can be returned at no cost to you, regardless of the reason-based conditions above.
3. Refunds
- Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of the return being received; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will offer a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
- Orders placed on Amazon.com are additionally protected by Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. For Amazon orders, use the "Cancel items" option in Your Orders. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under the return policy above.
5. Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories (such as opened personal-care items or consumables) may not be returnable once opened, unless they are defective. Any such restriction is stated on the product listing before purchase.
